Introduction

Welcome to Release Works ("we", "our", "us"). Release Works is the DBA of Myofascial Release of Salt Lake LLC, a myofascial release therapy and movement restoration practice serving Salt Lake City and the surrounding Utah communities. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our websites, mobile apps, online platforms, and any services offered through them (collectively, the "Services"), including any SMS or text messaging communications you may receive from us.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and will post any new or revised terms on the Website. Your continued use of this Website constitutes acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of use. We recommend that you periodically visit this page to review the then-current terms.

Use of Services

By accepting these Terms through your use of the Website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may only use this Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Children under the age of 13 may not use this Website.

If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a child who is under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Website, including all charges and legal liability that he or she may incur.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Release Works, you agree to the following terms.

Business identity. Release Works (Myofascial Release of Salt Lake LLC) provides SMS messaging services to keep you informed about appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, lead nurture communications, two-way assistant-supported responses, and service-related updates.

Message frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency varying based on your engagement status, appointments, and preferences. Typical frequency is 2 to 6 messages per month, with higher frequency during active appointment sequences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 385-386-6854. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consultations and Services

Consultation scheduling. We strive to meet scheduled appointment times but cannot guarantee exact availability within a specific window. Please arrive on time for scheduled consultations and protocols. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions at the scheduled fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Service agreements. Enrollment in a structured program (such as the 90-Day Vitality in Motion program) requires a separate written agreement outlining scope, pricing, schedule, payment terms, and other program-specific details. Those program agreements, where they exist, take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of that program.

Scope of practice. Release Works provides bodywork, movement coaching, and self-care education through the Release Works Method of Healing™. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. Nothing in our Services substitutes for medical evaluation, medical treatment, physical therapy, chiropractic, psychotherapy, or the advice of a licensed physician. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features (for example, to book appointments online). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false information. You must be 18 years of age or older to register for an account, and only one (1) account is allowed per person.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including logos, images, text, videos, and method names (including "Release Works Method of Healing™"), is the property of Release Works or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the operation or availability of the Services. Specific services (such as protocols, consultations, and program enrollments) are governed by the separate agreements or intake forms you complete at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Release Works, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
