    Getting Here

    Driving Directions FROM EVERY DIRECTION.

    From the North

Take I-15 South to the 4500 South exit in Salt Lake City. Turn left and come east up 4500 South to Highland Drive (about 2000 East). Turn right (south) on Highland Drive. You will pass Macey's Grocery on the near right corner. Look for the twin office buildings on your right immediately past the IHOP, with the entrance drive between them.

Alternate route: take I-15 South to I-80 East, then to the 1300 East exit. Turn right (south) on 1300 East and follow it briefly until it curves right to a stoplight. Turn left (south) at that stoplight onto Highland Drive. Continue south until 4500 South and Macey's, then continue straight through the intersection.

    From the South

Take I-15 North to the 4500 South exit in Salt Lake City. Exit and turn right (east). Follow 4500 South east to Highland Drive (about 2000 East). Turn right (south) on Highland Drive.

Alternate route: take I-15 North to the southern loop of I-215. Head east on I-215 to the Highland Drive (2000 South) exit. Turn left (north) and stay in the right lane. Highland Drive will curve left and become Van Winkle Expressway; stay right as the road curves, just past the intersection. Continue north past the old Cottonwood Mall property. At the Murray Holladay Road stoplight, continue straight through in the left lane. Pass Goodyear Tire, several office buildings, a senior living center, a residential street, and a care facility, all on the left. The twin buildings are just past the care facility. Look for the office sign at the entrance driveway.

    From the East

Coming through Parley's Canyon (I-80 West into Salt Lake City), exit to I-215 South at the bottom of the canyon. Continue to the 4500 South exit. Turn right (west) and drive along 4500 South past 2700 East and 2300 East until you reach Highland Drive. Macey's will be on the far left corner. Turn left (south) on Highland Drive and move into the right lane.

From the east benches, make your way west to Highland Drive and 4500 South. Turn south on Highland Drive and look for the twin office buildings on your right immediately past the IHOP.

    From the West

Follow 4500 South east to Highland Drive (about 2000 East). Turn right (south) on Highland Drive. You will pass Macey's Grocery on the near right corner. Look for the twin office buildings on your right immediately past the IHOP.

    Where to Park

    Parking IS EASY.

There is ample parking behind our building. Look for the entrance driveway between the twin office buildings just south of the IHOP on Highland Drive. Park on the north side of the lot; that is the building you want. We occasionally have clients looking in the wrong building, so confirm you are headed to the one closest to the IHOP before you park.

    First Visit

Coming In For The FIRST TIME?

We do not take walk-ins. Every client starts with either a free 15-minute phone consultation or a free 30-minute in-person discovery visit. Those conversations are where we understand your situation, talk through the method, and determine whether Release Works is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation.

If you have already booked a discovery visit or a protocol, plan to arrive a few minutes early, wear clothing you can move in, and bring any recent imaging or notes you want Michael to see. Sessions happen in a private treatment room on the north side of the building.

The full method, how we assess posture, how a protocol progresses, and what results look like, is covered in detail on the Method page. The simplest way to start is a free phone call.

    Take the Next Step

The Conversation Is Free. THE CHANGE IS REAL.

A 15-minute phone call or a 30-minute in-person discovery visit. No pressure, no obligation, just clarity on whether the Release Works Method is the right next step for your situation.

Release Works does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. The Release Works Method of Healing™ is a movement restoration practice. Consult your physician for medical advice.
