    The 13-Week Arc

    Three Phases. One Transformation.

    Weeks 1 — 4

    Phase 1: Releasing the Straitjacket

    Your body is not a machine that needs fixing — it is an intelligent system that can let go and reset, when given the right conditions. Phase One is about shifting from pushing and forcing into feeling and allowing.

    Week 1

    Breathing, Settling, Softening, Feeling

    Without this foundational skill, much of the healing you are looking for stays locked away — no matter what technique you try. We start by helping you get genuinely better at feeling. As you do, your body simply begins to relax. Now you have access to deeper, more protected layers.

    Week 2

    Supporting & Settling

    Until you feel safe, you will be engaged in protective bracing. Something magical happens when you can let go of holding — at the very least, you get to truly rest. Even better, this is the zone where deeper healing becomes possible.

    Week 3

    Elongating, Flowing, Allowing Unwinding

    Now that you are out of your own way, we find and address the true problems — guided by your body's inherent wisdom. Find genuine resolution to issues that have kept you stuck in pain, stiffness, achiness, and compensation.

    Week 4

    Pandiculation, Scrunching, Wringing

    Find and remap awareness in areas of your body long forgotten. These powerful techniques put YOU in charge of any flare-ups — so nothing stops you in your tracks as you work through deeper layers.

    Weeks 5 — 9

    Phase 2: Relearning Natural Movement

    Releasing tension is only the beginning. Now we explore how to move better so tension does not build back up. Most pain and stiffness do not come from what you do — they come from how you do it.

    Week 5

    Moving Energy & Lymph

    Good movement includes energy and lymphatic flow. Too many people have become sluggish and are suffering for it. A jumpstart of energy and clarity that feels good and improves your immune system, mood, and overall health.

    Week 6

    Build the Foundation

    Years of chairs, cars, and shoes have wreaked havoc on how you were designed to move. This week begins the work to change your experience in your body — forever. For the very much better.

    Week 7

    Working Together

    Years of habit have taught us to move in effortful ways that wear parts out over time. When all the parts work together, the way they were meant to — the work gets easy and no part is getting worn out.

    Week 8

    Moving From Your Pelvis & Torso

    Most people focus on strength in the limbs but have serious weakness and stiffness in the torso and pelvis. 'Bracing your core' is usually getting strong AROUND problems, not fixing them. Find and fix the fundamental issues — preferably before you have a blowout.

    Week 9

    Generating Drive & Power

    What is possible when feet, legs, hips, and lower back combine with a pelvis and spine that move freely? Incredible power and ease in walking and running. This is where it starts to get really good.

    Weeks 10 — 13

    Phase 3: Resilience & Freedom in Motion

    By now, you have experienced firsthand that pain and stiffness do not define you. This final phase is about making movement resilient so you can trust your body again. Time to move beyond problem-solving into exploration and play.

    Week 10

    Ground Work to Set the Stage

    Watch how a baby builds incredible, resilient strength quickly. How would it feel to be a bit more like that again? Good. Fun. Healing on a level you didn't know you needed.

    Week 11

    Rock Solid Legs & How to Use Them

    Would you like to truly TRUST your legs? Then they need to be truly capable. Simple squats are nice, but leave so much to be desired. This gives the context to find and fix even more of what's been causing you trouble.

    Week 12

    Options So You're Never Stuck

    Ready to play like a child again? Who says you can't dominate on the ground? The strengthening and healing continue.

    Week 13

    Beginning to Fly

    A taste of how humans are meant to truly move through their environment. We are capable of so much more than strolling around or sitting, stuck on the path someone else paved. We are meant to move. Here the program ends — but you have been irrevocably changed.

    Mastery is by application. The work is too personalized — and the commitment from both sides too significant — to be reduced to a number on a webpage. The free consultation is where we determine whether Mastery is right for you, and exactly what it would look like.

    Is Mastery the same as the 90-day program?+

    Yes — Mastery IS Vitality in Motion: 90 Days to Physical Freedom. We renamed it Mastery to reflect what it actually is: the highest tier of work we offer.

    Who is Mastery NOT for?+

    People looking for a quick fix. People who want to be passive recipients of treatment. People not willing to do roughly 30 minutes of daily practice. The work is profound — but it requires you to show up.

    What does the daily practice look like?+

    Five days a week of recorded lessons and guided practices, delivered through the private Release Works community. About 30 minutes a day. Designed to be doable even on busy days.

    How many sessions do I get with Michael?+

    It depends on the tier within Mastery — bi-weekly, weekly, or twice-weekly. We'll determine the right pace on your free consultation, based on what your body actually needs.

    Is financing available?+
